LCA, Hotel, Catering & Tourism group visited local cafe Pudding Row today to see how a variety of coffee drinks were made as they have been learning about the variety of hot drinks served in cafes in recent classes. Thanks to Johnny for a very informative demonstration and delicious drinks.
