Last week Colaiste Iascaigh welcomed Anna, an invited expert from Poland. This was made possible by our Erasmus+ funding as part of our accreditation. Anna worked with our first and second year students teaching them about environmental issuses such smog and measuring carbon footprint. She taught them how to present their findings using digital tools such as Canva , Book Creator and Padlet. Students created posters and cook books with recipes made from locally sourced foods. We would like to thank Anna for sharing her expertise and for making this an enriching experience for our students.
