As part of Green Schools Action Day on Tuesday 13th May a 12km cycle was organised by the green schools committee and Ms Gregory for students to take part in. Which was followed by getting ice cream. Thank you to Ms Maguire, Ms K. Cawley and Christine for your help. Also a big thank you to Ciaran Hussey for all his help with our travel theme throughout the past two years. On Thursday 15th May a few class groups took part in cycle training that was run with Sligo Sports and Recreational Programme and North West Adventure Tours. The hope after working on travel theme students will use the bike rack more and choose more sustainable modes of transport.
