It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Micheál Connolly, loving father of Nathan (5th Year) and Stephen (2nd Year), students at Coláiste Iascaigh. Micheál passed away peacefully at University Hospital Castlebar on Friday, September 25th follow an accident.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Susan, Nathan, Stephen, and the entire extended Connolly family at this heartbreaking time. We stand with them in grief, and in gratitude for the life of a man who meant so much to so many.
As a mark of respect, Coláiste Iascaigh will form a Guard of Honour outside the school as Micheál’s remains pass by on the way to Roslea Cemetery, following 11 o’clock Mass at Star of the Sea Church, Rathlee on Monday.
We warmly invite parents, guardians, and friends to join our students in paying tribute to Micheál and showing support for the Connolly family.
